Dual Credit Requirements

DUAL CREDIT COURSES

Courses taken in high school for both high school and college credit may be counted toward satisfying the core curricular requirements.  These classes include College Algebra, Trigonometry, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Language Arts IV Honors, Advanced Animal Science,  and Child Development.  You must be a Junior, or Senior to take these dual credit courses for college credit and maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.00 or higher.  In addition, it is recommended that students make a “B” or higher in the prerequisite courses.  Some additional requirements may be imposed by the State of Missouri or the University issuing credit.
